Hudson Road Trading Company only accepts orders to be shipped and billed to customers within the
USA
&
CANADA
and paid in US Dollars.
Orders within the 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Please note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders shipped to
Alaska
and
Hawaii
can only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipped to
Canada
are shipped U.P.S. Standard.
Hudson Road Trading Company usually ships within 3-5 business days (Monday thru Friday only) for all in stock items. For out-of-stock items, items requiring special handling, being drop shipped from manufacturer or artist, please allow two to three weeks for delivery.

RATE FOR SHIPMENTS BY FREIGHT: Any product over 150 pounds will be shipped via Freight Carrier. Shipping and Handling for large and/or heavy items additional fees are indicated in text describing each item. These fees will be added to the order total. Note: These Shipping & Handling overrides will not appear on your YAHOO order total, they will be added when the order is processed for shipping.
WILL CALL: Any product ordered that will be picked up at warehouse.
Tracking & Delivery Time:
Upon order shipment via UPS, an email with the UPS tracking number will be sent automatically. This number can be used to track progress of delivery, through the UPS web site.
Upon order shipment via Priority Mail, an email with the date shipped and an estimate of delivery time (3-4 days from ship date) will be sent automatically.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within the state of
Arizona
will be charged sales tax or have a sales tax withheld with proper documentation on file. Sales tax is not charged for orders shipped outside the state of
Arizona
nor when taxes are withheld and said taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Backorders and Drop Shipments:
Hudson Road Trading Company makes every effort to have all parts available for immediate shipment. In the event that a portion of an order is on Back Order, available parts will be shipped and those not available at the time will be noted in the Back Order column of the invoice for easy indentification. Notification by phone or e-mail for any items on Back Order will be given with the estimated delivery time. If any parts ordered are out of stock in the warehouse, in order to save time, said parts will often be Drop Shipped directly from the manufacturer to the purchaser.
Return Policy:
The goal of Hudson Road Trading Company is complete order satisfaction, therefore only the highest quality merchandise and the greatest care in packing and shipping is taken. However, sometimes shipping damage does occur.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event an order is damaged in shipping, in order to make the replacement process as easy as possible please complete the following steps:
In the case of visible damage to a package, please refuse delivery of said package. The shipper will then return the damaged package to Hudson Road Trading Company without additional cost to the purchaser. Upon refusal of delivery of the damaged package, please notify Hudson Road Trading Company immediately via email at: service@hudsonroad.com. In order to replace the item(s) quickly this e-mail must include purchaser’s name, address, phone number, email address, order number and description of the damage. If
Hudson Road
is not notified that an item is being returned, it will cause additional delays in replacing the item(s).
In the case of internal damage not immediately visible from the outside of the package, please notify Hudson Road Trading Company via email immediately at: service@hudsonroad.com. This e-mail must include purchaser’s name, address, phone number, email address, order number and description of the damage.
Hudson Road
will make arrangements with purchaser for replacement of the damaged item. Hudson Road Trading Company will pay shipping charges on damaged returns and replacements. Purchaser must save all packaging materials, boxes, etc. for the inspection by the shipping company. Do not write or mark on any damaged product or its packaging. Please return all original packaging with the item.
It is important that the purchaser immediately notify Hudson Road Trading Company upon refusal of delivery or receipt of a damaged shipment, in order to resolve the problem quickly. Hudson Road Trading Company will not replace any damaged merchandise if not notified within 7 days of receipt of order. In addition to the 7 day notification limit, all returns must be received by Hudson Road Trading Company no later than 30 days from date of receipt of the original order in order to be accepted.
Other than refusing delivery of damaged package, please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization from Hudson Road Trading Company. Hudson Road Trading Company will promptly issue a Return Authorization Number, which must in all cases be written on the outside of the shipping carton in order for the return delivery to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused and the purchaser will be liable for all shipping charges incurred in both directions. Returns, as outlined above, are limited to replacement of damaged merchandise only.
In the event of exact replacement of merchandise where said item is no longer available, Hudson Road Trading Company will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
UNDAMAGED RETURNS:
Complete satisfaction with a purchase is the goal of Hudson Road Trading Company. If not completely satisfied undamaged items may be returned as follows:
Purchaser must contact Hudson Road Trading Company Customer Service via email at service@hudsonroad.com. within 7 days of receipt of order and must state the reason(s) for the return, and must include the following information: purchaser’s name, address, phone number, email address and order number. Hudson Road Trading Company will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return Authorization will not be granted if return notification is not requested within 7 days of receipt of order.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton for delivery to be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused and purchaser will be liable for all shipping charges incurred in both directions.
All merchandise must be new, factory sealed, in resale ready condition and must remain unopened, include all original package contents and be in the same condition as it was received. No writing or other markings on the product or the product package in order for the return to be accepted. All writing, address labels, Return Authorization Number or other markings must be on the outer shipping carton only – not on the product or the product package.
Purchaser pays all shipping charges for undamaged returns.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount of any undamaged merchandise returned. The remainder of the purchase price only will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase only.

Prices:
Prices shown are subject to change and subject to stock on hand, and may change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from suppliers, Hudson Road Trading Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If purchaser’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase and it is subsequently cancelled due to a pricing error Hudson Road Trading Company shall issue a credit to purchaser’s credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
